I lost all cellular connectivity on my Air Touring yesterday. I tried the card reboot but it didn't work. I then tried again and this time turned off my bluetooth on my phone and left the car overnight. The next day it was connected again. The lack of connectivity lasted from about 3 pm to 10 pm when I just gave up trying to reset it so I guess the overnight sleep gave it time to reboot. It was very annoying without connectivity. Glad it came back without a service call!
