Logo reset during fast charge

Has anyone done an Air Logo reset during a DC fast charging session? I thought I might try to get my cameras back online while sitting here at EA…

I haven’t, but it should be fine. A logo reset is just a reset of the infotainment system and shouldn’t touch the charging at all.

I say shouldn’t, but I haven’t tried it, so if you do, please report back.

Thanks for the feedback @borski. I chickened out while I was charging but your comment makes sense- I’ll try it next time I fast charge and let you know.

I've done it several times with no issues or interruption of charging, so it should be fine!

Same here. Have done it several times. Didn't always fix my bug, but it never seemed to interrupt the charging.

Circling back … confirming what others have said… I just did a logo reset during a dc fast charge session and it went fine with no interruption to charging and no apparent negative side affects.

Sounds like it all worked out OK, and I'm happy for that. Bold move though. Please don't try a hard reset. To me, that would be kind of like doing a DIY brake job halfway down Pike's Peak!

Correct. Try it and see, but my understanding is that is also exclusively an infotainment reset; the difference is that if your screen isn’t working, you can’t hit the logo, so this is your only option.
