Drive modes glitch

Hey everyone, I have attached a video for reference.
I’m just wondering if anything like this has ever happened to any of you. My car wouldn’t stop cycling through the drive modes. At first I thought it was just a glitch, so I tried driving a bit, but I could actually feel it jolting as it switched between modes. I eventually got it to stop after doing a logo reset, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this and what might have caused it.

A reset (steering wheel buttons or logo, they're the same) is always your friend and first resort when something strange happens.

I would send that video along with the time it occurred to customer care. It is definitely very strange and should not happen.
