I think JosephMR is referring to the wheel rash warning that is in Driver Assistance...? This was introduced some time after the start of my lease....nickel and diming keeps pouring in. if you have wheel protection then that should be invoked. I guarantee the wheel protection is not a B of A program, so they have no way to connect the dots. When i use to buy wheel and tire with BMW, it was a BMW package, so the dealer invoked it before any charges came.... and more importantly it was the dealer that did the inspection, you knew on the spot what was going on and the outcome. The dealer wanted to sell another car and was more amicable at that moment.
Lucid appears to be B of A are not connected with Lucid on the process and has less of an incentive to be flexible. ...

I don't recall being offered any excess damage insurance at the start of my Lucid lease (April 2023, may have been introduced after that) - I was offered it at the start of my Mercedes lease just now...
Anyway, I agree with you both - it's nickel and diming. And it's not what we expect from Lucid. It is inconsistent with dapelligrini's experiences with JLR and BMW, and not consistent with translux's experience with BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and Cadillac (see other thread). However, it is somewhat consistent, as californiaboy935 points out above, with Tesla's lease end behavior. The old aphorism "You are the company you keep" comes to mind!
