Is Sanctuary Mode available without the Tech Package upgrade?

Is the Sanctuary Mode available without the Tech upgrade package? My search of the forums didn't give me a definitive answer. And the description of the Dynamic Ambient lighting on the website makes it even more confusing. This is something I would enjoy.

Yes. But you don’t get the dynamic ambient lighting without the HUD.

Sanctuary mode doesn’t require dynamic ambient lighting, but will make use of it if it’s available.

I confirmed this with @nicktwork directly.

Thanks. I wonder what is different when dynamic lighting is available? But that ultimately won't be the deciding factor in whether we decide to wait for HUD or not.

The lights change color and have a moving effect I believe. Kind of gimmicky but also embarrassing that Lucid promoted the hell out of it along with the HUD and now can’t deliver.

The dynamic ambient lighting is bycatch; they could deliver that, were it not for the wiring harness being designed the way it is.

Anyway, six months from now or whenever the supply issue is fixed, this will be a memory.

But yeah, sucks.
