New customer, trying to throw 90K at this business, and they don't seem to care or want it. Are they going out of business? How did everyone else on here purchase their vehicle - there has to be a super secret handshake or something...

I found the car I wanted, but I can't check out on their website. I tried google pay with debit and a Mastercard, both say Payment Failed, which is nonsense, I use both on a regular basis. When you click the Pay with credit card button, the page grows slightly and nothing happens. There are errors in the console for both of these buttons. This is on a windows desktop, with Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. All browsers give the same exact errors.

So I call in to the sales department immediately after trying ~20 times. The guy that answers is on such a bad line I can't understand him at all. Major red flag. I figure he's just giving small greeting talk, so I wait for a pause, then I describe the issue I'm having, and ask if he can help resolve it or take my order over the phone. His response: "I don't know anything about that, but I hear our technology works best on desktop with Chrome. Do you want me to transfer you to customer care?", then he hurries to get off the call. Really? This is how luxury sales conversations works in 2025? lmao

Reports from AI suggest they are struggling with sales and have missed all their projections since 2022. I have to assume they are shuttering the doors, or they just are completely clueless to the absolute uselessness of their sales department. #1 rule of business, take the customers money.. .... . .. .. . .

I dreamed of having this kind of money to just throw at a luxury car when I was younger. Here I am, cash in hand, and they could care less. oof!

Are you close enough to get to a Lucid Store

If not, ask for a sales person to buy a car and not technician to solve the website problem.

Hahaha, the fact that you took all that effort to take screenshots and post a huge post here says a lot. Bye bye!
