I took delivery on my Air G.T.P. a month ago on 07/08/2025.
Would you all take a look at the picture and let me know what your thought is on this Rear Bow Piece?

I took delivery on my Air G.T.P. a month ago on 07/08/2025.
- I noticed a imperfection , scuff, or irregularity of appearance on the Rear Bow of the Glass Canopy in Platinum (center metal rear piece of Glass Roof structure between the left and right side roof Pillars going from back to front) when I got home after I took it off the lot on my .
- I brought this up to Customer Care, and they said minor problem. I followed through with the Service Department appointment on 07/29/2025. The Service Department took a look at it and is saying this is not warranty-able as it has a scratch or their is outside influence. Sales did not go through the exterior of the car at all with me at time of Delivery and just brushed it taking my directly inside to setup my profile.
- The service advisor did mention the other items should have been fixed before taking delivery and this should have been brought up to sales while Sales is going through the exterior with me at Delivery as the proper procedure.
- I see other imperfection of overpaint / over spots on other Lucid Air's with Glass Canopy in Platinum. Thus every piece has imperfection. However mines is an imperfection of it being way under painted.
Would you all take a look at the picture and let me know what your thought is on this Rear Bow Piece?
