Brief update. Tyson's also told me that they don't perform routine maintenance on Fridays (the one weekday I'm off). I called King of Prussia. They scheduled me for same day service on Nov 6 and offered a loaner to drive around locally while I wait. It's two hours away but I'll take it. Way to go King of Prussia! Please raise your game Tyson's.

Oh I almost forgot to post: I scheduled my 1st annual service back in July (I think). I used the app to make an appointment, and the SC (Natick) called me back to confirm what I needed and set up a date for mobile service. It turns out it was going to be rainy that day, so they bumped the service to a day later. Just so easy.

As for people being apologists, my car has been perfect for 15 months. I've never had a car that's come close to that: BMW, Benz, Audi, Caddy--no one. And it is so freakin' incredible to drive.
