ios version 2.19.0 released 10/28/2026

I just received ios version 2.19.0 which promises improved key functionality as well as other "bug fixes."

I am glad they continue to work on the key issues as they are my #1 headache with this vehicle. I installed the update last evening and then this morning the vehicle unlocked from deep sleep just as I approached it. I left the garage and returned a few minutes later and this time from "light sleep" it unlocked from even farther away. Since ux 3.0, it no longer locks when I walk around the vehicle which is great. As I keep saying, we just need a geofence so we can tell it not to lock in our garage.

I will be interested to see how it does, and what others here are saying.

I received the update yesterday as well. Since the car being slow to open with my iPhone at times, it's the major irritant with the Lucid. Will test today and report back. Would be great if it is finally fixed.

I'm having excellent results with my 2026 Lucid Air. However, in the past I have thought it was fixed only to see it re-emerge. iPhone 18 pro for what that's worth.

I didn't see any improvement. Had to be standing right next to the car for door to open. (At least it opened). When I reached my destination car flashed a warning that no valid key was detected. My iPhone with the new 'improved' Lucid software was on the charger.
When I left for home door unlocked, again standing right next to the car. Not related to the iPhone, but going home I lost USB playback, Tidal, Tune-in and all other audio. Then when I pulled in the garage, car could not find the WiFi signal. So I rebooted car, got USB back, but no external audio signals or WiFi. So another day in Lucid Land.

Mine has been saying “no key detected” even when I’m sitting in the car, running, with both the key fob and the phone in my pocket

Just checked and it still has all the same problems. Digital key doesn’t work, handle won’t wake car, demands a PIN. Junk.

I watched a Lucid documentary today and thought of you, I can't believe Rawlinson made off with 380 million dollars.

So I've only been able to really test this a few times today in the wild. I detect possibly a slightly faster unlock but I can't tell if its just perception or actual reality. Considering the standard thought on this was they've basically done all they can under hardware limitations of the Air to address this, I am heartened they're at least trying to take another look at this issue.

There was a new iOS app update? I just noticed I’m on 2.19.0.
I’ve been noticing my Gravity takes longer to connect, now it makes sense. It was working perfectly with the mobile app before.
