I cannot get ahold of the Denver Service Department

Like others have said, if I can't get ahold of service (Tysons Corner VA is my local) I call sales and then hold while sales walks over and engages with service. They had phone system issues recently and I find this workaround works.

This has been my general workaround suggestion too.
