How Much Difference Does It Make to Have "Acoustic Laminated Privacy Glass"?

Today, not much. In the future, handsfree (as already exists on the Air), traffic light detection, remote automatic parking, line based park in/out, automatic diagonal parking, and other future features.

It's hard to read that as anything more than a wishlist without some visible status updates from Lucid -- otherwise it's as much vaporware as the promises of Actually Smart Summon and FSD v14 on my 2019 Model X. There's unlikely to be more than an "oops sorry" at best if they don't deliver that list for DD2Pro. That said, I think at the current upcharge it's worth getting.

In particular, I don't expect to see any sort of actually useful auto-park (remote or not) in the next 5 years. (This is mostly a parlor trick feature, so I don't care much.)

Handsfree is definitely coming; it already exists on Air. I have little doubt traffic light detection is coming too.

I guess if you live in warm climate you won't care about heated steering wheel or rear seats, and I agree the rear side window curtains are frivilouus, but don't know the benefits of active air filtration.

The rear side curtains reduce radiant heat.

Definitely get Comfort & Convenience. The vehicle will at some point be in the cold, whether mountains or desert winter night if not northern climates. And the heated steering wheel is so important to reducing inefficient air heating load that even the Chevy Bolt had it as standard equipment! (Not sure if the new one does...) IMO every EV should follow their lead. Likewise for heated rear seats (not in the Bolt).
