High pitch whir

I saw the previous thread about a high pitch noise which turned out to be the headlights, this is not it. It persists when the lights are off.

It’s quite faint, but noticeable and uncomfortable. Most noticeable in the drivers seat. Happens even when everything - lights climate music - are all off.

Is this the sound? It happened just once, yesterday. It would drive me _nuts_ if it happened all the time.

I've never had anything like that. Sometime when the AC is off I can hear a faint battery whir when stationary but only when I'm in Swift or Sprint. I never noticed it in almost the year I've had the car but probably because down here I usually have the AC on and it drowns it out. It's been cool down here recently.
