hide map search box? day/night colors?

Hey guys,

is there no way to hide the persistent "search" box on the map other than to swipe it to the lower map? and is there a setting for a light mode (day mode) for maps? it seems you can't use the tablet to change radio stations or whatnot as well?

sorry in advance, still learning and the manual doesn't talk about what it DOESN'T do.

Click the search button again and it’ll go away. Like the little magnifying glass.

You can pull down the music interface or navigation from the top screen to the bottom screen, but there's currently no way to have two different apps on the top vs the bottom.
