Just got some of the official Lucid Gravity accessories and wanted to show you guys what they look like in real life and answer any questions:

- sun shade
- trunk cover
- frunk organizers

Very happy with all three so far. The sunshade is a must in all of my cars with transparent roofs like the model S/X/Y and now the Gravity. It makes a huge difference in the summer.

Thanks. Good to see the frunk organizers in the real world. Could you also set them up longwise, two wide and two deep?

Looks like the trunk cover is out of stock, button just completely gone 😭
 
Wife loves the frunk organizer. Great for grocery and Costco runs.
 
Can the organizers fit in the frunk if the seat is installed?
 
 
Looks great! I got my $500 today and ended up getting the frunk seat instead of the organizers, though I was very tempted by the organizers. I'm going to look for other alternatives, as I assume the seat will alter the dimensions somewhat. I hope I don't regret it, but I've already sat in the frunk once and it was nice. I can sit there with a drink and watch my son's tennis tournaments :cool:
 
I have the frunk bins as well- I often do instacart pick up for groceries and I get the craziest reactions when I open the frunk for them to put the bags in - also makes it easier for me to carry 3-4 bags inside the house

I also have the frunk seat as I tailgate at baseball games so will update you in the summer

The frunk seat is a must IMO if you want the frunk to be useful. It also holds things in place when you are not using it for seating and have the end up

Yes I saw the pictures and it makes sense that it adds more structure. I personally have been using the frunk to good success without it, but I can see why it helps. I just hope that it doesn't take up too much space when folded up. I saw it on display at the Houston studio but I didn't think much about measuring the storage capacity reduction.

Wish these were 2 inches shorter and would have universal fit with or without the seat. Seems like a missed opportunity, especially as the 'frunking' was hyped so much in their marketing. Of course many/most will buy the seat but still want some storage option

We use the bins in the trunk just fine. Was great for carrying shoes on our road trip.
 
For a cargo cover I got this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FLJ6ZCM6

It has a two tone carbon fiber look texture. I'm not usually a big fan of that but it looks nice enough in the Gravity. My only complaint is that the little "pins" that fit into the slots to hold it in place are slightly larger than the slots so they don't go all the way in. It holds in place and given that when it was on sale it was less than a third of the cost of the Lucid one (that was out of stock anyway) I'm fine with it.

So you can have both the frunk seat + frunk organizers; the main problem is that the frunk seat has to be folded up to close the frunk, and in its folded state it adds about ½" of padding. You can still cram the organizers in there even w/ the seat, it'll just bend a bit but the frunk still closes.

What I do instead is set up the organizers to only open up one compartment instead of 2, and that works just fine.

You can rotate each one and it'll still fit. The boxes are practically square.

I got one of these as well. there are several of the same item under different names on Amazon.

like you said, works well, much less expensive, but I do wish it came in grey. :)
