RESOLVED Help - Apple Watch Not Working Since iOS Update

I have UW2 and have update all software on Gravity, watch and iPhone. Mine works correctly and I can scroll;; though all three screens. I also have the ability to select either my Air or the Gravity from the watch.
IDK. I’ve tried installing, uninstalling, etc. It’s just not that big a deal to me. I man, I want it to work but it’s not impacting my experience. Just frustrating.

I just dug out my Ultra 2 from the drawer, and the Lucid app looks fine on it. Lucid Air.
So strange because the actual apps are the same for air and gravity. Though maybe they’re not as they have some feature differences in the app.

Correct. That is how it should work. But it doesn’t on my watch.
Does your watch have cellular service? Unlike the phone app, the watch app can’t talk bluetooth to the car. It needs to use Lucid’s servers.

My watch has cellular and these are my screens. Ugh. Oh well, I figure it will work at some point.

That's how it looks on my Ultra2.

Reinstalled and I still simply get the range and a picture of a random air. Oh well. Must be an issue with the gravity or something.
Yup. I have both; it lets me pick between Lulu and _______. :)

When I pick the blank one, I get the gravity range and a random gold air. Sounds like they haven’t built out the watch assets for gravity yet.

Right. I get the gold Air and range, but since I just have a GGT, I don’t get the second screen and no wording on the third. It will come at some point. Not a priority for me and Lucid has other stuff to cover.

Yeah, that’s how mine looks, plus the correct thing when I select the Air.

Well, the Lucid app was just updated and now my Apple Watch app is working perfectly! No more random gold Air. Now I see a Gravity and my range, second screen has the lock/unlock and third has car name (only have one Lucid right now, sadly)…

Yay for small wins!!!

Great tip... now works on my watch (Ultra3). Also appears Apple maps can finally send destinations to my AGT. Hooray Apple of Lucid or both.

I’m having exactly the same issue and my screens look just like yours @Ron_Burgundy. I deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing. Can’t figure it out. What do you suggest?

Hmmm. All I did was take a look after the last update of the Lucid iOS app and it was working on my watch. One idea is to uninstall it from the watch and reinstall. I did that - separate from uninstalling on my iPhone, and I think that woke it up to update the watch app…

I have had a lot of trouble consistently connecting with either my phone or watch for the last month or so. iOS v18.7.1. Latest Lucid app, and vehicle update. All I get most of the time is "Waking Up" with a stale battery percentage from the phone app, and my watch app (which also used to work fine) just says "unable to connect to vehicle".

The android WearOS watch app is still working as well as it ever did!

I talked to tech support and they suggested turning off connectivity (i.e. wifi to the house). After doing that, performing an Air logo reset, driving for 1 session - the car seems to be connected again. iOS app and Apple watch app are both working again. Seemed to indicate it's a known bug with the vehicle not communicating with their system. I guess LTE is fine, but if the wifi is enabled - problems. It's not charging and I can see the charging status from the phone (and watch).

So you disconnected the Lucid from the WiFi at home, did an Air logo reset, drove around a bit, then came home and re-connected WiFi and it worked? Just clarifying. When I log into the Lucid app on my Apple Watch, I see the gold Lucid on the first screen (not mine) with the correct mileage range, the second screen is blank, and the third screen has one option selected but no text or anything else visible. All connectivity with my phone Lucid app works fine. This is frustrating - I got an Apple Watch partly because I want to be able to access my Lucid from my watch with the phone in the car. And just can't get it to work.

I kept the WiFi turned off - that's the key (but it needed some runtime to kick in after I turned it off). I'll leave it off until they fix the bug, or I want to use the home WiFi connection for the next SW update. Seems that the WiFi enabled somehow mucks with the LTE signal that is used from the car to the servers to the phone apps. After the WiFi disabling and the phone app started to work, my watch app is also now working normally (all screens in the app). The 3rd screen is just to select the vehicle (I only have the Air).
