Hi All,
Rabid fan, finally got my shot yesterday at the Houston Lucid store. Took home my 2024 silver/stealth Touring delivered straight from Casa Grande. Had a Model S85 from you know who back in 2014-2017 (leased it). Didn't re-up, replaced with a Panamera S E-Hybrid (happy wife, happy life) until such time as #1 Atieva became Lucid, #2 Lucid proved itself as a manufacturer, #3 Lucid proved itself reasonably solvent so my $100k wouldn't be flushed down the toilet, #4 Lucid created vehicles that were amazing.
An additional part of my love is the connection to my home State of CA, and specifically S.Cal where I originated from. It vibes with my sensibilities.
Well, I'm happy to say that as of yesterday (8/15/24) I could check all the boxes for myself. Even my sceptical wife is in love.
Looking forward to many happy errands with my new CA bear.
