It seems that Lucid has been listening to complaints from Dream buyers over making financing/payments before cars are ready to ship. In the email from my Delivery Advisor today with my VIN, this line was included:
"Please hold off on signing final docs until I have been notified your vehicle is ready to ship and has cleared the factory gate detailing."
Since many DE cars have been hung up at the factory, I am glad to see that GT buyers are being told to wait to make payment or sign loan documents until the car is ready to ship.
