Greetings from a former Tesla Owner. At the GTP 2022 demo at Lucid Miami, with 10K miles, I made an unbelievable deal Zenith with Mo Leather!

Potential Buyer Alert...If you or someone you know is Lucid shopping, read this first.

The demo cars that pop up now and then on the Lucid site are priced lower as they are demos with miles of 5K to 15 K. Also, the warranty is reduced based on the build date. The car I purchased is new, well cared for, and has never been titled. The loaded GT Performance is I purchased is flawless. One thing to remember is that other discounts will be included at the time of the final invoice. If you are happy with the posted discount, you will be amazed at the final price of these demos. The recent bonus discounts were on the PRO features; those alone were 10K off the published price, and other discounts may be added. So, if you or someone you know is considering a Lucid, don't sleep on the demos; do your research, and you could end up with one amazing deal. Remember, the hidden discounts come into play after you commit to purchasing with your deposit. Happy savings!
100% agreed, other than the fact that mine was damaged beyond repair during inter-facility transport (before it even left CA for NJ) which is, admittedly, statistically very rare, and there was a LONG delay in being told about it, followed by another LONG delay to get the funds refunded. There are process issues with their internal sales teams, no question.

Cars sold third party get the same level of warranty service. Absolutely compare pricing between the demos and third party, but just know that you're likely to have a much more responsive experience via third party.

What you do get with a Lucid demo is a pre-purchase inspection to bring it up to their delivery standards (priced at around $500 if you bring in a third party car and have them review it), and their on-boarding experience. In my case, the prices dropped so much during the '23 demo 8500 mile Touring acquisition process, a '22 GT with 2500 miles became available 3rd party for about the same price, so third party became the way. That said, a number of GT demos hit the Lucid store about a week after mine arrived, so they do turn up from time to time.
