Great customer service

Are the cabin filters not owner serviceable?
Depends on the level of effort you’re willing to put into it. He did use some “special “ tools to pop off various fasteners.
So yes it could be owner serviced, but it could also be owner broke some plastic fasteners too.
It was part of the 24k service which covered a number of other areas. He replaced the brake fluid, measured the wear on the rotors and pads, replaced the wiper blades. And a number of other things I didn’t pay attention to. For both the service and the cccv2 he was here for about 5 hours or so. I didn’t want him to spend all that time just chatting with me.

Update on my service at Scottsdale. It is now October 8th and my Air GT is due to be returned tomorrow. It has been almost a month since the car was taken but I will have to give Tyler, my Scottsdale service rep, a great shout out. He has really supported communication with me the last few days. He understood my frustration and address my concerns & sent numerous texts to keep me informed. His attitude and support are what Lucid needs to keep in business.
I can only hope all my issues were resolved, and my pristine vehicle suffers no cosmetic damage while being transported home. Along with my video of the car prior to pick up, the transport driver also video recorded the car before the transport & after delivery at Scottsdale service center. This will provide documentation if any damage is noticed upon the car being returned.
I am waiting for an appointment to get the CCV2 upgrade now. Maybe better for the delay until the latest "glitches" noted are addressed.
Tesla loaner going back to rental office tomorrow!!!!!

To close my loop Doug arrived early for the mobile visit. Super nice guy. Turns out it’s not the heater but a pump so it will need to be sent to the service center to be worked on - not terribly surprising. Waiting on that to be scheduled. So far everyone has been very responsive and on time. Doug is new but has a ton of ev experience and is very knowledgeable already, but getting a lot of training every other week. At least for my area (southern Ohio) service has been good.

If that’s the pump I think it is then it must be fixed or you could get stranded. What I’m kind of noticing is that if a pump heats something there’s a good chance it might cool something else. If it’s the one I had replaced it defrosted the front window and provided heat to the interior. It also cooled either batteries or electronics, in full or in part.
But if it dies the car magically becomes really nice lawn art.
