Car’s reverse warning sometimes won’t turn off. Had to force restart the car to turn it off. Make sure to activate “tow” before you put the car into reverse otherwise you’ll screw yourself.

You’d think with all the sensors and cameras that the car could recognize that a bike rack is attached and activate the appropriate settings. So much for dream drive pro and AI…

Did you look in DreamDrive for the Rear Attachment Optimization? it's in the manual, but I don't know if it's actually in the software right now.

so, how much does all that weigh?

Rack weighs about 50 lbs, road bike weighs 15 lbs, and son’s bike weighs about 20 lbs. one of the reasons I went with his bike was to stay under the 119 lbs accessory limit with all 3 of my bikes.

That may actually just be a current bug; that “ding ding ding” that won’t turn off has happened to me once or twice with. Nothing attached. A reboot fixes it.

So it may or may not be related.

Correct, it happened to me twice as well so far. The solution, in addition to rebooting, is to back up against something again to trigger the sensors.
