Gravity Wheel Options

That seems to me to be such a dumb design to screw them on with TEN t25 screws, but not sure i know of a better solution. Not a big fan of aero type range enhancing covers. I personally find the ROI for increased range for a, granted personal opinion, inherently worse look. I have used both on my X and found the improved range was about 2-5%. That personally meant that i went from a 240 miles to 250 miles, maybe 255.

Ill take some good looking rims over increased range on an already great ranged vehicle any day.

please share your new rims when you get them! I would love to see them.
When I have time I need to put the car on jack stands and measure fitment and offset. Once I get that done I’ll order the wheels. Basically getting these with lug holes and not center locks.

I like the look alot, but having trouble imagining them looking good on the Gravity. Seems more sports car ish to me....

Do you plan to order staggered wheels (ie 1" larger on the rear)? I've seen aftermarket wheels marketed for the Air, and I'm curious if they could work for the Gravity. Or, given the vehicle's weight, are there specific requirements you have to consider? Maybe I would need to ask someone at the showroom, but if I put a set of 4 aftermarket same-sized tires on the gravity, will that impact the ride or driving dynamics, etc?

Yes I plan to go the same 22/23s specs but with more aggressive offset so the fitment is flush.

Mind weighing the wheels when you take them off? For science.
Hmm I don’t think I’ll have a chance to. I’m swapping my wheels for 22/23s Sunday. I can weigh those when I get a chance.

Appreciate whatever data we can get, knowing stock wheel weight vs replacement would definitely help :-)

FYI for anyone, the torque spec is 140ft-lbs per owners manual. Slightly higher than the air.
