Gravity UX 3.6.3 is rolling out

Looks like last Thursday may have been the last (only?) wave that's gone out so far. I haven't seen anyone reporting getting it since then in either thread.

I got 3.6.3 Friday afternoon. Took about 30 min to download and then another 1 hr 10 min to install. So far, no new issues. I haven't noticed much in the way of improvements, but my Gravity has been solid for a while now.
 
Just got the download 25 minutes ago and started the update. Said 1:15 for the update time. I'm at 50% 22 minutes in. I can hardly wait for the update. The pups are going to love it with the better control of the 2nd and 3rd row AC.

Update: The software update says it finished in 28 minutes!

The first thing I noticed during the post 3.6.3 installation drive was that the AC was off completely. 😳 Had to turn it on manually. Then CarPlay disconnected mid-drive... and it just wouldn't reconnect whatever I did. Solved it with forgetting the phone on the car and in the phone's settings and pairing the phone again.
Otherwise all good. Since I drove it alone, I couldn't properly gauge the situaton on the 2nd row, but I checked that AC was blowing there, even though it wasn't occupied...not sure what's the expected behaviour there.
DDP remains to be tested on the highway. Ah, when I exited car in our garage it reminded me to take the keys (they were in the pocket though), I don't recall that notification from previous software.

That's interesting because my GGT and this loaner I've been thrashing for 3weeks both lower the steering wheel to my preferred position as soon as I get in and step on the brake
 
At first I thought the 3.6.3 update was a step backwards on fob performance from 3.6.0. Immediately after the update which took about 25 minutes I went out to the car and had to wait for ~5 seconds for the door handles to present. This happened on multiple tries. I then thought about the fact that Lucid said it would take 1.5 hours and knowing that most computers need a little time to reorganize after an update, I decided to sleep on it.

So today all is well, just as before the update the car starts making noise just as I enter the side door of the garage and the car unlocks just as I get to it. Leaving the car is similar with the car locking as I cross the threshold of the side door. So Yah no regression !

There is a major improvement in the 'soft close' door handle opening performance. I had resigned myself to weird door operation on the Gravity but shockingly all the doors, even my wife's two step door (I call it lift and separate) behave exactly like a real normal car door which is awesome!

If I select creature comfort from the pilot panel quick pull down the result will be:

1. If the 'Climate Controls' screen was up I'll get the creature comfort confirmation screen as expected.

2. If any other screen is up and something from it had previously been operated I will get the 'Climate Controls' screen.

3. If any other screen is up but nothing has been previously operated on it the creature comfort confirmation may or may not appear depending on ?? !

The first few times trying to enable creature comfort was confusing but not all that difficult. I’m used to it now and a few extra clicks doesn’t bother me, since creature comfort, itself, works well.

Although low priority for me, it would be good to have this bug fixed at some point.
 
Loaded 3.6.3 , Homelink is still buggy, windows still roll in the wrong direction randomly, rear gate still opens when it feels like.
Not seeing any improvements for stuff that's been bugging me since 3.6.0 and earlier.
Had little expectations, so disappointment is minimal...

Did you ever reset after the 3.6.0 install? If not, do it now and let me know if it's any better.

Same for me. They’ll figure it out. It does eventually work and that’s all that matters and the extra taps add 5 seconds. Not a huge issue, just a “normal” bug.
 
Had a few drive failures last night, car put itself into low power mode and regen braking, dream drive etc all disabled speed capped at 50. Reboots didn't seem to help at all, called customer service this AM, before they called back with an appt I got the software update. Fingers crossed, but not expecting it to fix my issue. Installing now.

This was my first time actually driving with v3.6.3 (aside from moving it in and out of the garage). After leaving my neighborhood, I noticed the side mirrors were tilted down, as if the car were in reverse. Shifting between Drive, Reverse, and Park didn't fix it, and neither did a soft reboot. Eventually, I reset the mirror position while in Park, which seemed to resolve the issue for my next drive and my commute home.
 
I have a Gravity Touring loaner with 3.6.3 and DDP2. This morning on way to gym I tried Handsfree Drive Assist and it worked great. On way home (over same stretch of highway) it would not show Handsfree and only allowed Hands On Drive assist. Never had this issue with my personal GGT with 3.6.
