Gravity UX 3.6.3 is rolling out

My kids noticed doors opening easier/faster when getting in and HVAC changes. Fob is great so far. DDPro wasn’t an issue for me before but I did notice today it was a bit less annoying with reminders.

LOVE not having to manually turn on second row HVAC for dog each time we get in. Like I said, kids noticed it too.

Fob update was very quick. Got a new fob when I was in service a week ago. Not sure why but they said they were checking the buttons. Regardless, it’s quite responsive now from farther away, which I love.

All around just awesome. 1,000% different/better from a year ago and I loved it back then even with issues. Now, for me at least, software is just down to small nits and mats.

Mine does still have the weird creature comfort bug. I pull down, select creature comfort. Nothing happens and it goes back to main screen. I do it again, and it works fine. I guess that was the trade off after service. No more double frunk open but double creature comfort taps. 😆

Thank you Lucid for listening and continuing to improve. Much appreciated.
The rear HVAC improvements are fantastic!

I’m also experiencing the creature comfort bug, it just started maybe a week ago.

Creature Comfort bug?
Sorry, wrong phrase and I didn’t catch it. It’s an easy entry bug. The steering wheel doesn’t return to the proper saved position for the driver when you place the vehicle into drive and step on the brake like it usually does.

Creature Comfort bug?
I have a bug in the UI to start creature comfort, as noted up thread, but it does start and stay. It also doesn’t always turn off when I get in and I often have to open and close my door again to get it to turn off. But I’d rather it err on the side of staying on as I have my dog with me 100% of the time.

And??? Did it work ?
Yes...it was a super warm night in the Santa Cruz Mountains and our camp in the old growth redwoods (not far from the famous Alice's Restaurant) was probably still 65-67* at 11pm!
Anticipating it cooling off to say 53-55* by 3am we set the CC to 67*, cracked the driver and passenger front windows an inch and hopped in the back where we had an Exped that fits the cargo area with all seats flat overlayed with a trimmed 3" memory foam all covered with a fitted sheet..."glamping" for sure! We had draped a dark sheet over and across the two front seats to block out the windshield and screen illuminations and put up the kook-blockers (rear window privacy screens). You can at any time easily reach the rear climate control panel vents to open/close them to your liking on either side of the vehicle. I recommend setting the rear climate fan speeds before activating Creature Comfort as the rear display gets deactivated I think.

Pro tips from my mistakes:
Once you get in the back, lock the car and slip the fob in a Faraday pouch so if you have to open the rear doors to go pee in the middle of the night all the lights don't come on and bother others in the campground, and possibly even more importantly the cargo area lights don't come on waking up your now irritable wife!
Also, leave the rear door ajar so the car won't lock you out (this loaner seems to lock itself about 2min after you close the doors). This way you don't have to wake anyone to get back in and the cargo area lights & headlights and tail bar don't pop on like they do if you: A) open the front doors, B) click or even shake the fob, or C) open the rear hatch.
The soft close door mechanism closes the rear doors quietly once you're back in.
Once I figured out all that we slept like babies in our loaner Gravity.

Can't wait to try it in our GGT...we have the power pkg!

Can you turn off all exterior and interior lights instead of putting the key fob in a faraday bag? I’d be terrified I’d lock myself out or forget to carry the key card as backup in the middle of the night.

I guess this is why we need camp mode…

You can turn the exterior lights off on the Cockpit screen and the interior lights one at a time but the moment you grab the fob to exit the vehicle they will all come back on again.
By locking the car when you're in the back and then wrapping the fob in foil or slipping it into Faraday pouch you are able to quietly open the rear doors without any lights coming on so you're not bothering other campers or waking up your spouse. And like I said, I'd leave the rear door ajar to ensure you can get back in w/o waking anyone in the middle of the night. If you click the fob to open the car, boom!...all lights come back on. 🤪 Just ask @raleighone.

And ya, we really need Lucid to come through with Camp Mode as advertised
Any news on that @marqie ?

Just picked up my new GT ‘26 and drove 50 miles over weekend (mix of everything).
So far zero issues and incredible experience! Fingers crossed 🤞
Only minor annoyance is the PaaK for auto-lock/unlock coming from my Air.
So for new Gravity owners like me hopefully it’s only smooth experiences from here on.
I also have a 2025 Air (my baby!) and like most that had several mobile services to fix minor hardware/software issues.

Even with 3.6.2 if you turn off autoLock/Unlock you don't need the Faraday pouch in creature comfort mode. It will work as you described. If you move the fob a lot in the car it may use slightly more battery than in the pouch. I will quantify this when I get 3.6.3

Yep. I started doing this a while ago and no longer use the faraday pouch. It's better to not have auto lock/unlock on anyways at a campsite since you're often around your car.

Also, air is circulated from outside so @highway17er, no need to leave windows cracked open. And correct about no rear display or controls (or window controls) in CC mode.

Glad you got out car camping! Once you get your own, you can mod some things to make it much easier. But of course, if we EVER get Camp Mode it will also help. ;-)

Still waiting on my 3.6.3 update.
How will I first know when it's ready...via phone notification or in car?

I've always received an app notice, or it'll tell you when you get in your car.

I have the same issue on 3.6.0 and a brand new Gravity. Sounds like no joy in 3.6.3 with regards to this problem.
