They can set whatever price they want, but $125 to program a keyfob seems a bit excessive. How can this take more than 5 minutes?

You can email, text, or call. Might depend where you are. Natick, MA is very responsive via text. I don't mind calling people, but most of my friends of a phobia of talking to strangers. Use whichever channels you're comfortable with, and escalate as needed. This seems as good a thread as any to ask--I sent a message to customer care about my vehicle's obsession with tow mode (note the anthropomorphism)
That was Sunday evening. No reply yet. Do they call or email back? I screen calls, so probably wouldn't pick up.
Is there anyway to contact the SC besides calling?
I had an Air loaner too and the experience reminded why I no longer buy low sedans. It's either buying an SUV or getting in shapeRound two of service today
seems like my car has all the common hardware issues
previously I had a wheel replacement (and it really did need one, DD was nonexistant, not just bad responses to the buttons)
Today I am getting 3 things checked-
1) adjust the frunk arms as I have the 2 step stage of opening the frunk
2) probably get the center console replaced- both the wireless phone charger and the key card sensor do nothing
3) get the homelink checked out- for the life of me I cannot set up the homelink and it was easy as pie for my wife's Ioniq 5 and yes I am pointing at the passenger side under the L- I read some cars didn't get the software installed correctly on the car
Dana called yesterday and let me know that unfortunately I have to take an Air loaner today, but it was nice that she let me know in advance and offered to delay the appointment until a Gravity was ready or to use Enterprise. Not a huge deal for a few days and I'm in the KoP area anyway today for my wife's IFly lesson so I will take the Air and have my fat ass climb out of a low sedan lol
Hopefully I get the car back Friday as I would like to go see Tom State of Charge in Kutztown this weekend at Ionna
I’ve had the frunk “fixed” on two separate boots and it went back to double click almost immediately. It’s on my list for next time.I had an Air loaner too and the experience reminded why I no longer buy low sedans. It's either buying an SUV or getting in shape
BTW, I had the frunk fixed for the same issue but it went back to the double or triple click less than a day after. Hopefully yours lasts longer.
I've decided to see the double click on the frunk as a perfectly operating feature...I’ve had the frunk “fixed” on two separate boots and it went back to double click almost immediately. It’s on my list for next time.

After adjusting the frunk stoppers? Yes, here's mine from a few days ago.Is the frunk edge still flush with the front fender?
OMG. That was ALL it took to fix!!! I’ve waited since August delivery to have it fixed a third time. Worked like a charm, for now. That’s crazy. Feels like Lucid could let folks know and save SC time and money.Adjusting the stoppers as @Smorgasbord suggested seems to have permanently fixed my frunk needing a double open. I adjusted it a couple weeks ago when he posted about it and it's opened on the first try ever since then.
To try it yourself, just twist one or both of these a half-turn at a time, counter-clockwise:

If you're worried about messing something up, keep a count of how many turns so you can twist them back.
