Well, it seems the Gravity Dream Edition is still a secret kept largely from the press.

And is the NYC studio really Lucid's "flagship studio"? Rather odd for a company that hypes its California heritage, slaps a bear on everything it can, and sells more cars in California than anywhere else. (And even Florida, which registers more EVs each year than New York, opened two of its three Lucid studios before New York got its first one.)

Flagship stores often have nothing to do with where they started. It’s more about the most prominent or best showcased location. I’d say NYC is very common for “flagship” locations for many brands.

Let’s prey they good are able to get a few really good analysts on the team. Wild times and I just want to buy a gravity but I cannot see them apparently unless I go to nyc

Yeah, I guess Lucid does consider the NYC studio their flagship studio. Lucid Press Release from 2021:

By mid April you should be able to see Gravities at your nearest showroom, if I remember Marc Winterhoff's comments correctly from the event on the 27th. Can't wait to see them in the DC area as I've missed every time the prototype came through.

I think he said the first two weeks of April would see Gravities produced for the press, and the last two weeks of April would see them produced for the showrooms and test drives. So it could be early May before some showrooms see their first display and test drive units.

I called the West Palm Beach studio to ask if they had heard when they might get their test drive units, and they were thinking sometime in May.

I would say with Newark, CA as HQ and the HQ studio, their flagship studio probably is NYC.

Similarly, Apple's HQ has a store, but it's definitely not their "flagship" store; Apple's flagship stores are Fifth Avenue (NYC), North Michigan Avenue (Chicago), The Grove (Los Angeles), Ginza (Tokyo) and Union Square (San Francisco).

Everyone thinks Palo Alto is a flagship store because it's popular; but it isn't a flagship store. Neither is Apple Park, as mentioned earlier, despite being a landmark and destination.

wonder if this means that OTA 3.0 is coming this month...👀
