Gravity in the wild

FWIW, we went to a showroom to check out the Gravity after I saw one in the wild in Los Gatos, CA, back in Sept 2025. Since then I've not seen another Gravity except at Lucid places.
And, we've only seen a couple Airs since then, too.

On our recent 800+ mile road trip NorCal to SoCal, we did not see a single Lucid - and we were looking.

MD and DC. One in DC and 5 in MD in the Potomac, Rockville suburbs. As with other folks’ areas, they’re wealthy suburbs. I think there’s actually another IN my neighborhood now. I actually had a guy give me the thumbs up and flag me down last week to a light to tell me he just took delivery of a Gravity at end of December, loves it, etc. Not far from my house. So, they’re out there.

That said, I see at least 3 Air a day and probably 3-4 Cybertrucks daily. Not that CT is a proxy, but for a flop of a car, I sure see a lot of them.

I see probably 4+ R1S daily. And too many X’s and Ss to count.

I see tons of Cybertrucks in San Diego and Orange County but given how many Tesla there are here in general it's not too surprising to me. Rivians too.

Saw a white Gravity yesterday in the parking lot at the San Diego Zoo too.

I'm near the Millbrae (Bay Area) studio, and I've seen 2 others so far around this area outside of the studio and service center.

here in the Philly burbs still havent seen any aside from the Lucid store/service

Driving up to my old Alma mater Uconn on 84 north of Hartford my old roommate says “ hey isn’t that your car ?” I look over and sure enough a mirror image of my car on 84, supernova bronze with temporary tags. He pulled off before I could get a clear pic though.

Just saw my first Gravity in the wild in Minnesota this morning. AG with 20/21" wheels and stealth. Sadly, no time for a pic. If it was you at the Bailey Rd. and Woodbury Dr. roundabout just before 9 am, I was the one in the black Gravity that went by. :)

Drove our Gravity out to the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park to see the wildflower blooms today and as long as I had my camera and a nice backdrop, my Gravity really in the wild:

It's not exactly "in the wild", but we finally managed to get all three of our Lucids home from service visits at the same time. I still can't quite get over just how roomy, comfortable, and fun to drive the Gravities are (when the software is not driving me crazy). I never expected to find a vehicle of that size behave like an antelope escaping a lion.

I got Aurora Green and I still like it, but the white one with big wheels looks amazing

My first "in the wild" Gravity sighting. They're still relatively uncommon down here in San Diego, below the 8. This one was parked in front of an old apartment building. The apartment building itself looks quite unprepossessing, but because of its proximity to downtown San Diego (Golden Hill), I'm wagering the rents are extortionate. But I digress. The Gravity is stunning in grey, and every car on the road looks better without the required front license plate:

I am seeing them more frequently in the DMV now. I’d say 1 a week. I know there are more.

I don’t mind not seeing many. I see about 10 R1S a day and countless Teslas, so it’s nice having one car that is somewhat unique still.
