Anyone have DD and backup cameras suddenly stop working? Drive home from the SC yesterday and all was fine. Today no backups, lane change or DD. Strangely the cameras are working because I can activate them through live view.

Done the reset procedure several times now.

My Gravity has arrived in Denver, and I am heading down Monday to check it out. Still on the fence about taking delivery, and I have a few questions for you guys as I would like to be as up to speed as possible;
1. The Fob (sounds like a horror movie). I feel pretty up to speed on the status, but assuming I have issues, is it correct that I can just use the card key to get around if necessary?
2. Home link. I remember seeing some issues with it but haven’t seen anything recently about it. Is it working for people now?
3. App interfaces such as Tidal/Spotify. How are they working?
4. Driver profiles. Still hit and miss and slow?
5. Auto lock/ unlock onapproach. Best to avoid for now, or is it working (assuming the fob is working?)
6. Nav. Working pretty good it seems?
7. Center console issues. Assuming I don’t have the pinched wire issue, should I expect it to charge my phone? Should I expect my phone to work when on the charger? Are there still problems with people not being able to hear you on phone calls, etc. other issues?
8. Rear seat squeak. Is it the seat belt receiver that is the culprit? Any good solutions?
9. Anything else I should be vigilant about checking?

Has anyone else seen any change to their Homelink operation recently? I just want to make sure this is unique to our car before I take the matter to Lucid.

I had identical problems with the Air. Lucid changed a few components, including the harness, the antenna, and then narrowed down to the TCU.
I haven't see any problem since the TCU replacement.
Of course, we're now dealing with a different vehicle, which I assume is more complex than the Air.

Kyle Conner has a list of issues also which I’m sure he’s going to do videos on in the not too distant future and on that list was the key issues. Clock is ticking for Lucid to resolve it once and for all.

My car is currently in service and scheduled to be completed on Wednesday. I am hoping they've addressed the 2nd row squeak, I will report back.

It'd be great to get a follow-up article if the problem gets resolved. But I think it's naive to expect that. Best case is that future coverage of the Gravity for another reason mentions in passing that early teething problems have been resolved. But even that much will be more likely if software bugs get systematically addressed. If the fob issue is solved but there are plenty of other lingering bugs, I wouldn't expect journalists/bloggers to feel the need to update a prior report.

That’s because your GPS is out. It cannot geofence because it doesn’t know where you are.

Yes, and the problem is mostly fixed now. It has stray error messages but it works.

If you have keycard issues *at all*, you have a center console issue.

No issues. This was only activation on the early dreams.

Fine. I’ve had no issues.

Not hit and miss. Switching takes about 20 seconds. It’ll get faster, but that’s where it’s at today.

Works fine.

Yup; provided it has your locations (if it has an address, you’re fine; if it’s a trailhead, it won’t be reliable)

Assuming you don’t have the pinched wire issue, all of that works fine.

That’s because your GPS is out. It can or geofence because it doesn’t know where you are.

That's what I was suspecting, but I just wanted to be sure others weren't seeing something similar. However, the satellite maps seems to be functioning normally now, which they weren't during the first two months when the GPS was out.

When it was out before, Lucid concluded it was a software issue unique to our car. I'm now thinking it more likely that it's a component issue, perhaps with a chip or perhaps with something else (antenna? wiring? . . . .).

However, there's still the question of why the maps are working if the GPS is out?

We took a drive this morning to see what new odd behaviors would show up. We were not disappointed.

While driving around with satellite maps displayed on the upper and lower screens, the patch on the glass cockpit to the right of the speedometer that usually displays the music selection went dark. When we pulled into the garage and shifted into "park", the music display suddenly returned.

Owning this car is like watching a carousel on which every rotation brings around a whole new set of horses. In other words, it's a total crap shoot which software features you'll have on any given drive.

I get this bug as well. Should be an easy one for Lucid to fix.

Also the volume slider on the display behind the wheel randomly doesn't appear.

It'll be interesting to see all the responses from the current owners to your post but as a perspective buyer I want you to know I really appreciate this list as it's an excellent summary of this 117pg bugs/issues thread!

My car is currently in service and scheduled to be completed on Wednesday. I am hoping they've addressed the 2nd row squeak, I will report back.

Got mine back on Friday after being given a spiel of what was done to address the seat squeak. 5 mins after driving away from the Service Center it was back with a vengeance.

Other than the fob having occasional issues, I agree with Borski on the rest. I actually don't have the squeak issue and nav has worked really well for me. Just went somewhere yesterday that Google previously routed me to an incorrect location, Gravity nav was spot on. No problems with Homelink and Tidal works pretty well other than it sometimea loses track/Playlist and I have to get it back to where I was. Profiles work fine, but I drive my car 99.99% of the time, so it doesn't get used much at all in my car. Let's just hope the update comes out this week and it clears a lot of the bigger fob problems and a few of the other annoying things too.
