Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the air conditioning in the Gravity to work? My gravity was gone for 10 days to replace the DC cable and drive unit. Since it returned, the weather has turned hot. Drove for 2 1/2 hours today with the A/C on maximum and the cabin temperature never got below probably 85-90 degrees. I can hear the fan working and some air blowing but it's not really cold and it's not cooling the interior. I've of course called customer care and they were typically unhelpful. I am trying to get the helpful guys in service department tomorrow but appreciate any thoughts in the meantime. Thanks

I had this happen once. I kept lowering the temperature setting via the physical button but the fan kept blowing lukewarm air.

I finally pulled up the climate tab after it started to get uncomfortable and found “auto” climate control was not engaged. Turning on “auto” fixed the problem. I didn’t notice whether or not “AC” mode was engaged on the screen; I assume it wasn’t.

I should file an enhancement request to automatically engage “auto” climate control if the temperature is adjusted, either on the screen or via the physical button.
 
Yes, I toggle the HVAC on/off or auto/manual. Also verify all zones are at some reasonable setpoint, it won't override one of the backseats set to manual at 80, which sometimes happens with a fatfinger in the app.
 
I have the same issue which I only noticed 20 minutes after picking up my gravity. What was issues/fix?
 
Sadly, Gravity had a leak in the actual A/C unit or lines which required it being towed back to service center, took the guys a long time to find the leak, fixed and now A/C working great. While these Gravity cars were all shipped way too earlier and have massive production and software problems, the service guys are top notch and work really hard to fix the load of problems they’ve been handed. I am concerned going forward that service will degrade too with the recent round of significant layoffs and departures.

Silver lining: The AC is not underpowered by design, as some suspected!

Service was unaffected by the most recent layoffs. In fact, they now have headcount.
 
The heat is working in mine so it's unlikely a refrigerant leak and some other issue. I tried resetting and playing the front/rear zones and the auto/max AC which didn't make a difference. It's going into service on Monday and I'm getting a loaner.
