That makes no sense. Our newest Gravity was already showing the 3.3.22 update as available to download on the mobile app the day we took delivery on December 16. It had just arrived that morning from the factory, so I don't know how they would have known whether it was having window issues. (I had assumed it would be download during the PDI, but it wasn't, so I had to download it myself once the car got to our house a few days later.)

Our other Gravity, delivered on June 29, has had several window issues but is yet to receive the update.

I took delivery on 3.2.20. I wonder if that timing has something to do with it. Are they aware of your window issues in the 6.29 delivery vehicle?

I would hope they're aware of every issue @hmp10 has had so far across the now three Gravity he's owned!
 
No update for my GGT, as much as I tried still on 3.3.20. Though I didn't have any windows issues. The car just got back to me after service (they fixed about 21 items), and I am missing car play functionality of the Air, wish they added it to Gravity soon
 
I received it the day it was announced, a couple days after the car was delivered. I had not (and have not) had the window issue.

still doesnt get it offered and I have windows issue everytime I try to close them. need to press it like 3-4 times until it finally stays closed.

its just random the rollout. 3.3.9 it took 2 weeks that I get it. 3.3.20 I got right on release date and now 3.3.22 again like over a week now and nothing.

There are still waaay too many software issues to resolve to waist resources on Airplay (IMHO)

Or ADAS enhancements like hands free let alone city streets. Starting to look at lot like a Tesla clone.
 
Perhaps the update is for people with specific hardware revisions regarding certain window components rather than up update for people with known issues? Just a guess.

Hands free works fine on Air. Clearly not like Tesla since they’ve delivered it. It’s coming to Gravity, but it’s not a far reach to assume it will get there, since it works in their other vehicle.

City streets were not promised for Air.

Same here! Typically get them out the gate. Called service and was told, this one is a slower roll out - apparently they are done in batches by grouped by VIN #. Or that is what I was told anyway. Also told there is no way to push this yet.

True. Just "traffic light detection" on the Gravity for all of those traffic lights on the interstate. And "future capable hardware for driving", whatever that unspecified capability is.

I just wish they would announce their strategic plans for ADAS on Gravity. I can't find such a statement. I have to assume other than hands free on designated roads, it is as good as it's going to get. At least I cannot find anyone at Lucid who has said otherwise for any point in the future for Gravity ADAS. Mid-size, yes, but not Gravity.

I'm not asking for dates or promises. I would expect strategic plans to exist for their vehicles. Maybe I expect too.much. Like I said, very Tesla-like. They hate it when customers ask questions they don't like so they just get ignored until they go away instead of being honest. The two SA's I asked said "I don't know, any other questions?". I even wrote to their senior management asking the same - no response.

I'll keep waiting for an EV with more of a vision for where they are going. Who knows? Maybe Lucid will step up once they get a real CEO? The Gravity looks like perfect car for many but not with such lousy software or more importantly a commitment to go further. I expect today's cars to evolve without having to trade it in, especially.cars sold as "future capable". But that's me - I'm glad for y'all who have found a great vehicle.

This could not be further from the truth. Go to almost any Owners Club event. There are usually execs there. They happily answer questions, honestly and in earnest.

Your SA does not know the answers; the strategic plan for ADAS is literally above their paygrade.

Separately: I, too, wish they would publicly post both ADAS and software roadmaps. but almost nobody does, and I understand why, especially for a public company.

So I got the 3.3.22 upgrade on one of my lucid gravity however, the other lucid gravity, the older one that I got three months old earlier, I don’t have it yet. Is there anything that it really does significant? I’m still waiting of course for the next big update which hopefully will come as soon as possible.

I believe 3.3.22 was a targeted update. Many owners with early models never received it (myself included). Seemed to be limited to the newer models.

How much newer then? My Gravity was built in November and delivered in December but I have not received the update.

Might just be a specific batch of parts. And the even newer built cars are in the clear.
