My gps does not change location.
The map thinks that I’m in a place where I haven’t been in weeks.
It never moves.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Many times. Reboot fixes it for me.

I tried a ost reboot several times and lucid even tried a hard reboot. Unfortunately it didn’t work.

Sorry to hear that... Sounds like you'll need the unit replaced, as other owners here have posted

You most likely need the TCU reset. Mobile service can do this for you.
