The front seatbelt chime starts sounding as soon as I sit down. Most cars wait until you start to drive or put it in gear. Does it bother anyone else that it comes on so quickly?

The car turns "on" fully when you tap the brake.

Get in, put your belt on, and then press the brake it won't chime
