The Lucid Team is deeply saddened by the destruction and loss caused by historic wildfires in the Los Angeles region.

Since last week, our team members have been working to make our resources available to assist those affected and those volunteering in the area. Here are the services we are offering to our Los Angeles County owners and community:

  • We have opened Lucid charging stations at Lucid locations in Southern California, free of charge, for any EV needing energy. Please share this offer with your personal network if you believe they could benefit from it. The following is a list of locations that have stations available. The local team can assist you with locating the stations.
  • Smoke and ash can adversely impact vehicles. We are offering complimentary cabin air filter and wiper blade insert replacements if needed, as those components may experience accelerated degradation in current conditions. Please contact your local service center to make an appointment.
  • If your Lucid has been damaged or destroyed by the fires, please call Lucid Customer Care at (888) 995-8243 for assistance.
  • Over the last week, our local teams have been collecting and delivering donations and we are in close contact with volunteer organizations, including the Red Cross, to provide vehicles to transport goods, services, and personnel to help those in need. Please let us know if you have suggestions for how and where Lucid can further help those affected and aid in recovery efforts. Since you are living through the day-to-day situation, you will have a unique perspective on the community's needs. Send your suggestions to [email protected].
