I thought that feature was broken in the new appYou can check how long you have in the app. Look under Lucid Charging Service, then Service Summary. It will show your term and how many months you have left.
What new app.....I thought that feature was broken in the new app
It seems resolved. Mine showed “inactive” briefly but was actually active. It now shows active for a status in 2.0.1 Lucid App for both cars.I thought that feature was broken in the new app

Did it just now and it worked, thank youTry logging out and logging back in. Within the app, not the car.
Mine just says inactive. I can see past charging sessions as $0.00 but that’s it.I thought that feature was broken in the new app

same for me. Picked up my Touring lease in late Dec. Took about 5-10 days for the EA to show up at all, now just says active / retail rate. I did a test charge and it found my account and was free. 12 mos or 1,000 kwh I believe, whichever comes first. Charging history is correct with my 1 test charge. I called the Lucid service location and the service guy was very nice and reset my account while I was on the phone (he was showing that it was activated, I think there's a certificate installed). I killed my app and opened it again and just now logged out and back in but it still just shows retail. I suppose I can use my charging history to know where I am. Odd but at least it's working that I can use my charging incentive.Mine just says "Active" and cost as "Retail Rate". There is no "end date" of any kind. The session I did was $0 cost.

My 25 air actually says 3 years free charging but ends on 12/31/25 I wonder if Lucid just signed a deal saying free charging on all lucids until 2025.
I think the way it is "supposed" to work is with you adding a card on your Lucid wallet, and continue to just plug in to EA charger (no app/card required). It will automatically authorize with Lucid, and charge to Lucid Wallet (which, of course, will take it from your card).what model Air did you get? I picked mine up same day, 2025 Touring. I have nothing like that in my app, just says retail eventhough some kind of deal is working. I'm only expecting 12 months or 1000 kwh. Separately I'm trying to find out if I get the EA pass whether I could still use plug and charge and have it pick up the pass discount. I don't think it will but would be great. I think if I use plug and charge, it's really lucid reselling me the electricity and they don't have a discount plan. so I think I'll have to activate in the EA app then just plug in. Hopefully the plug and charge would not override the pass info if I NFC my phone to the charger before plugging in. all TBD after I use my incentive up.
