Dreamdrive sensor blocked

The message is popping up today . Is it a common problem, my car was washed yesterday after which drove roughly 160miles with dreamdrive. Any advice?

Clean all sensors, might have gotten a bug or dirt on them

This is what I got the other day;
sensor is blocked
DreamDrive 2 Pro not working
Two red symbols
1 Collision Protection Fault Detected
2 Lane Departure Protection Alert

It’s a bug in the software. I get that occasionally, even after I just wash it. Sometimes it won’t clear for the entire drive and other times it’ll go away within a few minutes.
