DreamDrive Pro Won't Work - Any Advice?

DDP failed to initiate a few days ago. Adaptive Cruise works fine, but Drive Assist will not engage, nor do I get any indicators that the highways I'm on are (or are not) Drive Assist enabled. The car behaves as though I do not have DDP at all, nor is it generating any hardware/software fault or blocked sensor indicators. A logo reset, steering wheel / brake reset and overnight sleep cycle did not help.

This actually first happened the night before I got 2.8.16, so I was hopeful that the update would help, but it did not. After the update, I tried the resets again, including another overnight sleep cycle.

Lucid Customer Service opened a ticket for me this morning, but if anyone has any suggestions for me to try, I would love to hear them! Thanks!

Turns out it's not a DDP problem but a GPS navigation problem. No matter where I go, the car thinks it's in the garage.

You need your TCU reset. Pop into service and they can do it in about a minute. That *should* fix it.

Can that reset be done by the owner or by mobile service? My GGT is in production and my wife's is in the delivery phase and the nearest service centers to us are 426 and 435 miles. We're taking home delivery and I just plowed the snow off my driveway.

Mobile can do it. If you watch carefully you can figure it out. I’m not recommending you do is yourself but “others” have definitely done it themselves.
