Do all 2022 Air GTs truly have DD Pro and SS Pro?

TL;DR I am looking to buy a used 2022 Air GT. It physically has DD Pro and SS Pro...are they automatically active on all 2022s?

Long story with boring details:

I registered here for this question since this seems to be the best place for Lucid info/owners/prospective owners. I am looking to buy a used 2022 Air GT. There are a few that I'm looking at...and for reference, I am in Canada.

I want DD Pro and SS Pro. There are a few forums that state that those two options were all automatic on the 2022 Air GT...but there's also a few places where I saw that there was a "trial" and they weren't automatically active and you had to pay to activate them even if they were physically in the vehicle.

I contacted Lucid support with the VINs of the cars I'm looking at and all three said they didn't have DD Pro active and I would have to call to activate it. However, I was able to get a hold of two of service centres that serviced the AGTs I'm looking at and the service centres said the cars have DD and SS Pro on the vehicle and they are active, contradicting what the Lucid text support told me.

I'm wondering if it matters that I'm in Canada and Lucid support can't see the details of the vehicles because they are, presumably, not in Canada. So do all 2022 AGTs have DD Pro and SS Pro? And if not, how could I check the vehicle itself (in settings somewhere?) if the vehicle has DD/SS Pro?

Not all of them do. Some did have trials; it’ll likely have the hardware as a result, but you may need to activate it if the original owner didn’t.

You can check for SSP by trying to play a Dolby Atmos track via Tidal or USB.

For DDP, hop on a highway and see if you can turn on Drive Assist. If you can, it has DDP.

So the answers you got are confusing. The AGTs and ATs produced in 2022 and 2023 have the hardware for DD Pro and SS Pro. I have a 2023 AT and it had a six-month trial of DDPro and SSPro. With the features then available (only lane centering, 360 view, and blind spot monitoring separated DDPro from DD), I passed. Since then, I can see in my account that I have DDPro available for $12,000 (!), even though I have already purchased DD Premium which has the last two features that were originally only available in DDPro.

If you're buying used from Lucid, you should have a clear idea what features are included and see them on the bill of sale before you buy it. If from an individual, when you test drive it, use Highway Assist. If it is not there and only puts you in Adaptive Cruise, then it is hardware-ready, but not enabled.

The dealer is about 600 miles away so i can't test drive it, but the salesman went through the vehicle with me and i can see that "hands free drive assist" in the dreamdrive menu is enabled. Would that mean that it has dreamdrive pro?

If it has hands free assist, it has DDPro. At least the hardware. As others mentioned, you may need to pay for the upgrade to the extent it was previously a trial.

We can't tell just from this if DDPro is activated or not?
