Defrost Unavailable

Just this past weekend, I have been getting an error on the left side of the cockpit that says:

"Defrost Unavailable - use caution if view is obstructed and contact Customer Care"

CC asked me to do a infotainment reboot. Unfortunately, that did not correct it. This AM, I noticed it again and it happened to be cold so I turned on the heat.....which only blew out cold air.

Has anyone had this issue?
