DDP - Lane Intrusion by other vehicle?

Will the current 2.8.0 DDP take any action if the car's lane starts to be intruded by a vehicle in the adjacent lane?

I asked this question earlier and got no response. Certainly someone has had this happen or knows the DDP program well enough to have an answer.

based on my experience so far, no adjustments are made by the car. not quite sure what I would even want (maybe nudge over to the opposite direction space permitting) but at thls level of autonomy, I'm not sure anything is possible.

If they’re in front of you, it will start to slow down. If they’re beside you, it doesn’t do anything.

I've noticed if a car cuts in front of you there is a bit of a delay before the Lucid will slow down. This makes it a little less great to use in traffic where I see the most amount of people cutting in and braking. Setting the follow distance to be larger might work but then you'd just be inviting more cut ins.

I've also had someone try to merge in on my side. I think the car tossed a warning up but I'm not sure what else because I took back control.
