On Sunday morning my car was completely dead, so I reached out to 24/7 customers service line for help, only to be told, call tomorrow, when the tech service will be open or they could call a tow truck service and arrange a tow to the service center.
I cannot begin to describe my disappointment. This is bad customer service! Particularly when I understood that Lucid provided 24/7 customer services.
I reached out to Frank Collins ( one of the service tech whose telephone number I had) and he was great! within two minutes he was able to get my problem solved! Thank you Frank!
Lucid should either reconsider the promised 24/7 customer services! Or at a very least provide a troubleshooting sheet for customers to use as a self help
