Corrupted Driver Profile on Gravity

Can’t answer all your questions. But on delivery: first profile I named Admin. Second profile: wife. Third profile: husband. Fourth profile TBD.

Suggestion was made to call it GF as in Gravity Friend to be filled out later if needed.

But wife wanted to be called GF for Girl Friend.,, and GF Is TBD ( I know I could not navigate a GF wanting to be wife).
PS: I bought a second fob, don’t regret the splurge but with the latest card improvement not really necessary. BTW the cards tech is top notch security. Unfortunately the cards that are a step lower in security allow just holding your card wallet to card reader; for the Gravity even one layer of leather blocks the signal.

Thank you. Based on other posts over the past few months, I did not think this was an option! I will ask about it when I am in the service center later this week (to return my leased Air).

Thank you. Would I need to do a factory reset first, or just try to switch it from my existing "Driver Profile" to my wife's existing profile?

The latter. No factory reset needed. You can manage the keys from the main driver profile.
 
Curious profile behavior today: I left the Gravity in a public lot while helping a paraplegic skier.
Came back and the key fob had reverted to the generic 'Guest' profile (the master). On delivery, on the advise from this forum, I had a second profile created, named it 'Chris'. We've been using the Chris profile, keeping the original 'Guest' profile as the master.
After a soft reboot, the vehicle continued to work using the master/Guest profile. It took two stop/restarts before the key fob finally reverted to the Chris profile.
  • Is there any way to switch profiles, when only using the key fob?
  • Is a soft restart always going to revert to the master/Guest profile?
It all seems to be back in working order again but it was a curious diversion. I'm still trying to learn about profiles, so any suggestions are appreciated. Thx

Tap your user icon (top left of the right side of the Clearview screen). That presents a menu of profiles to select.
 
Thanks @johnse - I did that and it didn't show the profile we created. Curious.
That condition persisted for one short trip, then after a second sleep, the vehicle reverted to our saved profile
I'm going to explore how to create additional profiles, just in case. Thanks again.
