I had this issue during delivery, they couldn't set me up. We waited a day and try again @ home, and it worked. The manager at the store/service center said they have to provision something on their end (like actually tell the system that it was delivered to the customer, and it should work). Told me to wait a bit and try again. Seems to work. I just drove a day without a profile setup. Also when this was happening, it was stuck to Casa Grande wifi.
