Gravity
Tried charging new gravity at Tesla Supercharger today. Tried three different stations and none worked. Called customer service they said that particular station doesn’t work. Went to another one. It didn’t work. Called again. They said you have to download the Tesla app. Got it working but it was a slow charger. Service doesn’t know what’s going on. Planning a big trip this summer not confident with the charging situation.

Are you sure that station youbused was the one open to all EVs?

Try Electrify America instead of Tesla.

I was told it would work at all Tesla chargers. More training needed by lucid people.
I half agree, but some due diligence is warranted on your own part. Tesla Superchargers currently have 4 different types available. V1, V2, V3, and V4/3. The Gravity can only charge on V3 and V4/3 chargers. I would not expect Lucid personnel to to do anything besides tell you to use the in car charging search to find a compatible station.
