hello everyone. I am new to this for here and just have a question. Did somebody ever had issue with this charging suspended by vehicle? I have a.AUTEL charger and it does work with my other car but doesn’t want to charge my Lucid. I contacted the charger customer service and they said it’s all working with their charger. I contacted the Lucid and they said there is issue with the charger. But I went to public charging station. And it did the same thing did not charge my vehicle. What should I do? Thank you.

Did you go to an EA station? What specific message did you get? Depending on the message, the next step would be to contact Lucid or EA. If you have been unable to charge at all, what is your remaining state of charge?

Level 2 (AC) charging like you do at home, or when parked at work, uses different hardware in the car than DC fast charging, like at an EA station.
Did neither one work?
Be aware that charger-side charge scheduling does not work with the Air (for example, to take advantage of low electricity rates at night). The charging station must be set to charge whenever the Air is plugged in. If you want to charge only at certain times of the day, you must schedule this in the car.
