Charging changed from "Unlimited" to "Free up to 1,000 kWh

We signed up 11/2024 to receive 1 year of unlimited free charging. I noticed yesterday my app on my iphone changed from unlimited to "Free up to 1,000 kWh. I looked at my wifes app on her iphone, and her still says unlimited with no restrictions. We took screen shots of this. What the hell is going on?

Check your contracts; I bet it’s precisely the same. For quite some time, it has been one year or 1000kWh, whichever comes first.

Mine is unlimited. I have definitely blown through 1000+ kWh. See attached.

That roughly equates to 3-4k miles of range each year with that limit.

Got mine in 10/24, it definitely said 1000kWh already. You ran into some old advertising somewhere if it said unlimited.
