Car Won't Reboot

After charging my car for most of the day (was at 38% when I started charging), when I got in, it through an orange exclamation triangle alert and a Drive System Warning. Called Customer Care and they tried to reboot the car 3x with no success. They connected me with the KoP Service team and they're perplexed as well. Car drives fine for now. I've only had it less than 2 months.

Anyone ever not been able to reboot their car?

If you are trying to reboot to get rid of the error message, it might be a real issue that will not be solved in that manner. Surprised KoP didn't advise you to bring it in.
