Any way to force the car to update? Have Wi-Fi on but the OTA update has not come yet.

No way to force the update. Customer Service can't do it either. Unfortunately you will have to wait until it is automatically pushed.

Since it has been almost a week, email customer care and ask them to push it to you. It takes a little while for updates to hit all cars but a week is enough so it is OK to ask now.
