RESOLVED car is offline today since late morning

I've been experiencing the Car Offline issue in the app since Tuesday. Late last night, the issue went away and I've been able to connect to the car consistently since then. Didn't perform resets or reinstall of the app, it just started working again. I'm still on 2.3.10.

I seem to be having the same problem as well (since Thursday).
While on the road I noticed that the navigation thought I was still at home, and at a EA charging station it failed to communicate with the car.
Back home I found that I was not connected to my home Wifi network, and going into the appropriate screen it keeps searching but not finding any networks.
On Friday I called Customer Service and was essentially told that “we’re having a problem with our LTE servers”.
I said I don’t understand how the car not finding any networks to connect to (and then connect to your LTE servers??) could be the problem but the impatient person on the other end said they were working on it and it’ll resolve itself. Needless to say, the problem is still there and the car doesn’t find my or any neighbor networks.
I have a very rough and rudimentary understanding of LTE but again I fail to see the relation.
Can anyone enlighten me whether their alleged LTE issues could be causing this?

Forgot to mention, tried the signal indicator reset, valet keycard reset, and Air logo reboot, all to no avail.

Yours is likely a different issue, based on the symptoms; you likely need your TCU reset. Contact service.

As of this morning, I am facing this issue. The car shows no WiFi network or cell signal. WiFi automatically gets turned off if I move to another menu after toggling it on, and it does not find any network. The same goes for the mobile network. I have scheduled a mobile tech visit for next week to rest the TCU. The tech is also opening an engineering ticket to try to troubleshoot if there is an underlying issue that is causing this. 2024 Pure was purchased in July. My first time facing this issue.
