Just curious what controls the vehicle images, specifically the wheels installed, within the vehicle and app. I just noticed another forum user’s screenshot of their app showed the 19” wheels.

My car came with 19” wheels, but has always actually shown the 21”. When I picked up the car new, it was actually set in car as having the 21” wheels installed. I changed it immediately, but it didn’t change the app images. Not a huge deal but I’m just curious if anybody knows how this works

All I know is Lucid can change that (somehow) but there's no way for us to do it on our own. Your car probably left the factory with 21" wheels and they were replaced at some point without updating something in their system.

I can speak to this. Which wheels are displayed by default is tied to your VIN. My car was built with the 20's. I had them swapped to the 21's prior to taking delivery at the delivery center. A simple text to customer service to update their records for my car fixed the issue. My apps and widgets now display my car on 21's.

Ah, cool! Yeah, mine was a bit of a weird process when I bought it. I originally ordered this car as one that was "on the lot" and it had the 21s. But then getting rid of my old car fell through, so I cancelled my order. About 2-3 weeks later, I found another lease-takeover person for my old car, and re-ordered a Lucid. They showed this one to me as if it was a different car (all same options, color, but 19" wheels instead of21") but the same VIN. No idea what made them swap wheels from my initial order to the second one, but I guess that's why. But yeah, when I got in it for the first time, the 100% range was showing only like 360 miles, so I checked the installed wheels/tire setting, and that was still on 21". Not a huge deal, I bought some used 21s that I'll be putting on in about a month or so for the summer, anyway
