The problem isn't that the car sits lower to the ground, the problem is that the A-pillar was designed specifically to be lower so the vehicle would be more aerodynamic, combined with the fact the there is a battery pack taking up floor space. So the roof line is shorter and the floor line is higher, making the clearance entering through the door pocket to your seat smaller. The Tesla Model S also has the same problem. ICE sports cars do not have this specific problem because they don't have batteries in their floors.
The rear seats should be fine to access though.
The Lucid Gravity should be easier to enter as striving for a lower drag coefficient isn't as important for an SUV.
