Can't charge at Tesla

At two different Tesla locations my Lucid would not charge. I am in rural W. Va and in both cases no other cars were charging—maybe the stations were down? Is it possible my adaptor doesn't work at all superchargers? Any ideas?

Charging only works at Generation 3 or 4 chargers. Were you at a Gen 2?

Did you confirm they are open to non-Tesla vehicles? What are their locations?

The Lucid app will only recommend compatible stations. The Tesla app has a feature where you can add your vehicle and select “charge my non-Tesla”

Problem figured out thanks. As Borski implied, both stations are listed in the Lucid app as incompatible. I had simply asked CarPlay to take me to the nearest supercharger. Another lesson learned. Thx to those who responded
